30-Day Return Policy

At Par Pong, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and components. Products that show signs of excessive wear, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or denied.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided with your return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping address.
• Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for any shipping charges.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
