I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The “#PPG15 Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 26, 2026 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Putt Pong LLC, 2418 Emily Drive, Belmont, NC 28012 (the “Sponsor”). The official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes is the computer of the Sponsor.

II. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (exceptions: must be 19 years of age or older for residents of Alabama and Nebraska) as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, and persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

An individual will be deemed a participant ("Participant") if they enter using at least one of the following methods:

Each purchase grants entries based on the entry bundles outlined on the website and includes sponsor-generated digital images. You may also purchase any product and receive the indicated amount of entries associated. Participants must provide full name, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, and email.

   Participants may earn entries by completing the following actions:

3. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

Hand print on a 3” x 5” card: “#PPG15 Giveaway”, full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Place in a standard envelope with handwritten return address and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between June 26, 2026 and July 13, 2026 and received by July 20, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Each valid mail-in entry receives three (3) entries.

Limit: Maximum of five hundred (500) total entries per person regardless of entry method. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries.

IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By entering, Participants consent to the collection and use of their information for administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://parpong.com/policies/privacy-policy). Participants may receive marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting eligibility.

V. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or interruptions affecting entry submission or Sweepstakes operation. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned due to factors beyond its control.

VII. WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via phone, email, or social media.

VIII. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Winner must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W9 within seven (7) days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prize is awarded “AS IS” without warranties.

IX. MODIFICATION:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. Sponsor is not obligated to award more prizes than stated.

X. RELEASES:

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

XI. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES:

All disputes will be resolved individually in courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina under North Carolina law.
